To process your claim, kindly provide:
- A clear photo of the exterior packaging with the shipping label and tracking number
- A photo of all items in the original packaging
- A close-up of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Once your claim is reviewed, we will guide you on the next steps, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
