Shipping fee

Enjoy free shipping across Malaysia when your final checkout amount reaches:

West Malaysia = RM120 & East Malaysia = RM135

If your order falls below RM100, a standard delivery fee will apply:

First 3kg:

• RM8 within West Malaysia

• RM18 within East Malaysia

• Additional RM1 per kg if order is above 3kg

Shipping Timeline

• West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
• East Malaysia: 5–10 business days (depending on courier and location)

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is correct during checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to this, reshipping fees will apply.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping fees will apply for returns caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
• Unclaimed parcels at the courier branch
